The Role
Are you passionate about helping young people to achieve their full potential?
We are looking to recruit a Career Coach to join our team. You will provide impartial information and advice for young people aged 15-24, with the aim of broadening career horizons, this will include one to one and group work activities in our offices in Oldham and Rochdale and in other local community settings. This role includes supporting the personal development of young people and supporting them in their decision-making process. A Career Coach will apply innovative coaching methods and approaches to engage and support young people. The role also includes working to both quantitative and qualitative targets and establishing effective relationships with schools, colleges, learning providers, employers and key partners.
