The Role

We are looking to recruit an experienced, inspirational, and highly motivated Director of Family, Community and Justice Services. Part of the Strategic Team, this person will be an active contributor to the overall leadership of Positive Steps, as well as taking on direct oversight of a diverse and dynamic range of service areas.

This is a critical role focused on delivering outcomes for our communities, growing our organisational impact, and working actively to develop and maintain strong partnerships and networks at local, regional, and national levels. You’ll be an authentic, values-based leader with the confidence and experience to influence at a strategic level.

This role is a hybrid position – there is an expectation that leaders are present in our head office for a minimum of three working days per week.
