Equipping students with the skills to make decisions in challenging situations, and empowering them with techniques to improve resilience and coping skills. The programme focuses on understanding our emotional brain and what happens physiologically and psychologically when we become stressed. We help students to identify strategies to improve their emotional health and, by looking at emotions in a different way, students are better equipped to plan their route to success, gain more confidence and achieve their goals.
