As an Engagement Worker, you’ll act as a keyworker supporting families, adults and whole households at an early stage—helping prevent issues from escalating to more intensive services. Why Join Us?
🌱 Professional growth and support
You’ll receive high‑quality training, strong managerial support and access to extensive partner networks to help you develop specialist skills across areas such as mental health, debt, housing, relationships and parenting.

You’ll be part of a supportive and passionate team committed to making a difference across the community.
🌍 A flexible and varied working environment
This hybrid role offers a blend of office work (Oldham), community‑based activity and home visits—keeping your days engaging and varied.
