Work with Us

We can make a difference to our communities.

We are charitable trust that deliver a range of targeted and integrated services for young people, adults and families that recognises the diversity of the people with whom we work. We are a unique organisation delivering a combination of statutory, voluntary and commercial services – funded through local authority and charitable trust grants, charitable donations and  contracts based on payment by results. All profits made from our commercial services go back into the charity to fund the work we do.

We are proud of our role in improving the lives of young people, adults, families, and communities through an innovative, integrated approach to raising aspirations and enabling positive change.
