Early Intervention & Prevention
If you need any specific family or individual support, then our Early Intervention and Prevention service can provide support to families or individuals, who are based in Oldham with issues surrounding housing, finances, mental well-being and physical health, parenting or looking for employment.
We have a team of dedicated professionals who work closely with families or individuals to develop necessary skills needed to empower them through the support offered.
Those who are 18 and over can refer directly by using our Adult Referral Form
Households with under 18’s can complete the early help referral form on the Oldham Council’s Referral page.
