Our current offer involves supporting those in Education, Criminal justice, Family and Community and Safeguarding settings. Make a Real Difference in People’s Lives

Are you passionate about helping people overcome challenges and achieve lasting positive change? If you’re looking for a role where every day brings variety, purpose and the chance to make a meaningful impact, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As an Engagement Worker, you’ll act as a keyworker supporting families, adults and whole households at an early stage—helping prevent issues from escalating to more intensive services. You’ll work collaboratively with people on your caseload, completing Early Help assessments and delivering personalised support that empowers them to build confidence, resilience and long‑term coping skills.

What We’re Looking For
