The Role
We’re looking for a passionate and confident keyworker to support families, adults, and households in making positive, lasting changes. You’ll lead Early Help assessments and work closely with clients to help them build the skills needed to manage challenges such as mental health, housing, finances, relationships, and parenting.
This hybrid role involves working from our central Oldham office, in homes, and in the community. You’ll need experience managing a caseload and using digital recording systems. In return, you’ll benefit from excellent training, strong partnerships, and supportive management.
If you’re committed to making a real difference and can connect with people of all ages, we’d love to hear from you.
If you are interested, please read the full job description and submit your application. For further information please contact Rachel Lord via email to rachellord@positive-steps.org.uk
