The Role
Do you enjoy working with young people, and making a difference?
We are looking for a confident person to join our team as a Youth Engagement worker. You will support young people, helping them to develop the confidence and skills to be successful in the next phase of their lives.
The Youth Engagement worker will work closely with Career Advisers, Coaches and other Youth Engagement Workers to develop creative methods to engage and work with young people to help them to achieve positive outcomes. Vital to the job role, is the ability to relate to and communicate with our young people effectively, many of whom will be experiencing significant barriers. The role also includes working to targets and establishing good relationships with schools, colleges, learning providers, employers and key partners.
You would be expected to travel throughout Rochdale and surrounding Boroughs.
