I would like to thank Service Support/Duty for being friendly & helpful. I am happy that there are places like this around for people who need help.

Positive-Steps as a whole not only empowers young individuals but also lays a strong foundation for the upcoming generations, and contribute positively to society. Your commitment to uplift the younger population is essential in creating a cycle of strength and positivity that can give back through time, ultimately shaping a brighter world for all.

Positive steps has the right name they have been a great help to myself and my children for at least 9 years through good times as well as the bad . So much so my oldest child now that he's grown into a lovely young man is now a volunteer .

After weeks of interacting with Peter and Cynthia, my daughter is looking forward to having an interview with a view of getting her first work placement. I can't thank both Peter and Cynthia enough for all their hard work, phone calls when promised, keeping me updated of progress and opportunities. First of all Cynthia greaves has been an amazing massive help in supporting me and encouraging me to gain confidence in myself to get out there and meet and speak to new people not only that she has been by my side though out the whole process and helped me achieve my goals in getting a job at the hospital, if this program and Cynthia wasn’t by my side I don’t know where I would be right now .
Positive steps and Cynthia deserve a massive 👏🏻for getting young people back in to education and helping out wherever possible

The traditional education path is not for everyone, and some young people can become disengaged if they are not offered the appropriate support. Thank you for having me! It was fantastic to see the help and support on offer for young people from across my constituency. Keep up the good work.
