On the 26th of January, our Oldham Young Carers took center stage at HOME Theatre!
In collaboration with Positive Steps, WildThings embarked on a project that not only spotlights the talents of our Young Carers but also underscores the transformative power of the arts as a medium for self-expression and healing. Their performance was exceptional!
This initiative brought together a remarkable group of Young Carers who drew inspiration from artwork exploring mental health and wellbeing. Through this artistic inspiration, they created a compelling drama performance. The 12 week drama programme empowered our Young Carers to translate their emotions into a captivating performance, allowing them to improve their mental well-being.
